How referrals and payments work

This disclosure explains Intensestory Concrete's role and how the business receives payment. It is a general template and does not provide legal advice.

Our part in your project

Intensestory Concrete is a referral and marketing business connecting homeowners with independent concrete providers. We do not pour driveways, construct patios, stamp or seal concrete, or carry out any construction work.

A call through the site's number or a submitted form may be directed to an independent provider or a marketing partner working with providers in your area.

Payment for an introduction

Providers or marketing partners may pay Intensestory Concrete for phone calls, form submissions or other referrals. Payment amounts may depend on factors such as the length of a call or whether someone answers it. We may receive payment even when you choose not to hire the provider.

These payments do not change the price quoted to you. The provider sets its prices, and you pay that provider directly for work you agree to.

What providers are responsible for

Providers are separate businesses, not employees, agents or partners of Intensestory Concrete. Each provider alone takes responsibility for:

• Its estimates, prices and agreement terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its licenses and insurance
• Its communication and conduct toward you

A referral does not mean we endorse the provider's work, and we make no promises about that work. Our payment arrangements mean the provider you reach may depend on which providers are participating in our network at that time.

Deciding whom to hire

Receiving a referral creates no requirement to hire that provider. Before deciding, ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare quotes from other providers.

Tracking and recording calls

Phone calls placed through this website may be tracked. Some may also be recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
