Our role and the limits of site information

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before using intensestory.property. It is a general template and does not provide legal advice.

Who performs the concrete work

Intensestory Concrete provides referral and marketing services only, connecting homeowners with independent concrete providers. We do not pour, finish, stamp or seal concrete, or carry out construction. An independent provider performs any work at your property.

What a referral means

A referral does not express our endorsement of a provider. We make no promises about work quality, timing, prices, results or provider availability in your area at any particular time. Each provider is responsible for its licenses, insurance and conduct.

Advice for a specific property

This website provides general information, not engineering, legal, financial or other professional advice. Soil, slope, weather and local requirements vary between properties. Discuss your project with a qualified provider.

Understanding price ranges

Any prices shown are typical U.S. ranges rather than quotes. Actual costs vary with the job, location, materials, site conditions and design. Obtain a written estimate from the provider before scheduling work.

Checking local requirements

Website guidance about permits, homeowners association rules and building codes is general. We cannot determine your town's or association's requirements. Confirm them with your local permit office, homeowners association and provider.

Staying clear of work areas

Concrete projects involve excavation, heavy equipment and materials that may irritate skin and eyes. Keep children and pets away from active work areas and newly placed concrete. Contact local emergency services first if anyone is in danger.

Payments for referrals

Providers or marketing partners may pay Intensestory Concrete for connecting them with homeowners. Read our Referral Marketing Disclosure for further details.

Accuracy of website information

We work to keep website information accurate and current. However, we give no warranty that every detail is correct or that the information is complete.
