About Intensestory Concrete
A starting point for your project
Intensestory Concrete is a referral service for homeowners planning new concrete driveways and patios in Bellevue and the Bellevue area. We connect homeowners with independent local providers. The provider assesses the property, prepares the quote and takes responsibility for the concrete work under your agreement.
This site gives first-time homeowners practical questions to take into that conversation. You can start with a rough idea of what you need. Detailed measurements and construction choices belong in the provider's assessment.
Know what you are agreeing to
A concrete project involves decisions you may never have faced before. Ground preparation is the work beneath the slab. Drainage slope is the slight fall that directs water across its surface.
Understanding those terms helps you read a quote. Ask what is included, what remains undecided and what could change the price. Keep the written scope somewhere you can refer to it during the project.
How a referral takes shape
Your location and project description help establish whether a connection is suitable. Say whether you want a driveway, patterned concrete or a residential patio. Mention tight access and any existing surface that occupies the proposed space.
Provider coverage and availability can vary. Confirm both directly before arranging a visit. A referral does not mean that the site has been inspected or that a project price has been agreed.
What to expect from a provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We expect clear discussions about the proposed work and who is responsible for it. Ask the provider to put the scope, payment terms and handling of changes in writing.
For an older house, explain any past work you know about. Ask how the provider will protect entrances and assess drainage near crawl spaces. Unknown conditions need a clear process for discussion before extra work proceeds.
Where our role ends
Intensestory Concrete does not perform concrete work, supervise construction or issue the provider's quote. Project instructions, payments and questions about completed work belong with the business named in your agreement.
Concrete driveway repair is outside this site's focus on new projects. If you suspect movement in the house itself, ask whether a separate assessment by foundation repair experts is needed before planning adjacent concrete. A referral for a driveway does not establish the cause of a structural concern.
Ask about referral payments
Before using the referral service, you can ask whether Intensestory Concrete receives payment from a provider for an enquiry or connection. Contact contact@intensestory.property for details about the payment arrangement that applies to your referral.
Keep that question separate from the construction quote. The provider should explain its own charges, deposit terms and payment stages. Do not assume a referral establishes the total project cost.
Take the next step with a clear brief
Describe the new surface you want and how you use the space now. Include any concern about safe access or standing water. You decide whether to accept a provider's proposal after reviewing it.
Request a callback to check provider availability. You can also send your project details through the estimate request form.
